About Christina

Surrounded by health conscious friends, Christina’s health journey began as she slowly learnt more and more about holistic health and how to fuel her body optimally.

This journey began with nutrition and moved into low tox living, making lifelong, sustainable changes to lower toxic load in all areas of her life.

A primary school teacher at the time, Christina was alarmed to see how chronic health issues (physical, mental, psychological, emotional) were on the rise. This is where she began researching the importance of lowering physiological load and returning to the Earth as much as possible.

Initially, this was just a lifestyle shift for Christina personally. It wasn’t by any means a vocation or career, but in 2022 she decided to formalise her knowledge and began studying through the Insitute of Health in 2022.

From here, REVIVE was born and she now engages with 20 clients at a time for a minimum of 12 weeks to educate, empower and inspire people to take control of their health.As women, we are designed as deeply intuitive beings. Unfortunately, the hustle and bustle associated with our very civilised, Western lives can sometimes hinder and inhibit this, often compromising the state of our overall physiological, mental + emotional health, as we move further and further away from our natural basic needs + instincts.

Christina is extremely passionate about empowering + educating women to tap into their minds + bodies, to ultimately take control of their health to feel their best inside + out.

As women, we undergo daily hormonal changes that affect our body, mood, energy, brain function, libido, appetite + sleep quality. Identifying what we are lacking and requiring throughout our 28 day cycle is one key piece of the puzzle to claiming back our health.

Christina offers functional blood analysis which provides insight into your individual immune, metabolic, hormonal and gastrointestinal health. Christina analyses your blood work based off functional ranges to ensure we are working towards optimal health. This differs from conventional ranges that are based on the health of the general population who are, unfortunately, chronically ill. Christina assesses how each marker correlates with others to paint a picture of what is going on internally for you, often revealing underlying dysfunctions that are the root cause of symptoms that you are experiencing.

She then develops a personalised protocol comprising of supplementation recommendations, lifestyle factors, a nutritional outline + movement targets to balance your bloodwork markers and ensure that your are living and functioning optimally. All of these protocol inclusions are tailored towards you + bloodwork findings.

Christina’s 1:1 coaching support ensures accountability, emotional support + encouragement, education, empowerment and in turn, adherence to achieve your health goals.

  • I sure do. I mostly work with women although I do have a few male clients. My clients range from 22 years of age to 72!

  • I provide all clients with a personalised letter that specifically requests the blood markers I would like checked for you. You head off with the pathology request form issued by your doctor and once results come in, you forward them to me and I interpret them from there along with your biofeedback marker questionnaire (also provided upon onboarding).

  • My programs run for a minimum of 12 weeks.

  • Whilst an upfront payment is cheaper, you are welcome to set up a payment plan with weekly direct debits.

  • It sure is. Whilst I do believe accountability, clarification and coaching are important factors in successful execution, I am aware that not all people require this so I do offer one-off blood interpretations and consultations. Here I create your personalised protocol (lifestyle, nutrition, movement and basic supplements) so you can self-guide with your own personalised program.

  • Of course! I actually only sign on new clients after a virtual meet and greet. Successful one to one coaching requires alignment. We both need to see if we are a good fit to work together as we are in such regular contact throughout the program.

  • It is completely tailored to you. I only work with a maximum of 20 clients at a time in order to ensure that my clients have constant access to me when required. You have 24 hour text message support. Some clients check in with me daily. You complete a weekly assessment/progress form and I have weekly phone call check-ins with all clients to reflect on the week and set goals for the week ahead. This ensures accountability, clarification, motivation, discipline and reassurance.
