Before completing my protocol, I felt incredibly stressed + was stuck in a cycle of skipping meals if I was busy, constantly rushing and not keeping a solid routine.
My skin was very temperamental, having regular break outs and I was experiencing bloating after every meal.
Before working with Christina, I had tried various supplements and peppermint tea for the bloating, it would help slightly help but it wouldn’t stop it from occurring and it wasn’t treating the root cause. It was uncomfortable and I felt self conscious about eating out with friends.
Initially I thought that the protocol would be a list of supplements to take, but Christina’s care goes far beyond that. It was a protocol that was tailored to my needs including personalised supplements, tips on the importance of sleep, mindfulness practices and guidance around what meals to prepare. The weekly check ins were incredible at keeping me on track and an opportunity to ask questions.
I felt so supported throughout the time we worked together. By the end of my time with Christina my skin was clear and glowing and the bloating had subsided. I can now enjoy foods comfortably and feel confident about eating out with friends. Another side benefit is my sleep! I sleep so deeply these days and quality rest is a game changer for me.
I’d highly recommend working with Christina. She will take away the guess work, get to the root cause of what is going on within your body and give you a high level of support whilst getting you back into a great state of health.

My mood has changed so much! I have gone from having a really low mood due to feeling so unwell, to my moods being so positive. I wake up happy and move through my day with so much more ease now. I am more motivated to eat better, move my body and make sure I am getting quality sleep.
Prior to the protocol, I was all of the things (bloated, gassy, belching) all the time. I am not bloated, gassy or constipated anymore. I used to take ages to fall asleep and I would toss and turn all night and sometimes be awake for hours in the middle of the night and then struggle to get out of bed in the mornings. Now I fall asleep much quicker and have a deeper sleep most nights.
I am also feeling so good about weight. I am down by 8-9 kg. Clothes are fitting much nicer and I don't have tummy bloating.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! It was really tough but I am so glad I did it! I am feeling so much more on the mend now, and I feel like I am living rather than just surviving. I am happier and excited to take what I have learnt and keep going as a healthier version of myself.

Prior to the protocol, my digestion was really inconsistent and only a few times a week, it has improved enormously and is now daily within an hour of waking.
My skin is looking so much more hydrated vs before wrinkles were more prominent and overall skin was really dry.
Weight wise I lost around 12 kgs during protocol but the main thing I've noticed is a return to my "shape" I still have some weight to lose but my old shape has returned and I'm no longer holding bloating and inflammation in my front mid section.
I felt really well supported and that the program was exactly what my body needed. This really did make such a huge difference in my life and will continue to do so as I keep working on my goal of feeling optimised.

On the 15th July I embarked on a journey with the wonderful Christina at Revive Health and Performance and have haven’t looked back since.
Over the years I have tried many diets from milk shake only diets, to no carbs, no sugar diets, had coaches with 12 week programs and nothing seemed to ever work long term. Since starting with Christina I have lost 8.8kg and still ticking away at my goal. Not only have I lost the weight I have learnt so so much with Christina’s brilliant coaching, she will be my coach for the foreseeable future way past reaching my weight loss goal as I now know the importance of having a coach who understands how women’s bodies function and fluctuate during the month and someone who chooses health over every thing else to me says a lot.
I began in July very much overweight, health issues arising, not exercising , steps sitting about 2000 a day max. Fast forward 4 months, I am now completing a Pilates class once a week sometimes twice, 10k steps a day, about to sign up with a PT to gain more muscle and strength, knowledge of my body and how it responds to my cycle, family eating better foods, the list really does go on.
Christina spends time initially with a zoom call having a chat about her services and what she offers as a coach and gets to know you and what your goals are and if she can assist you with those goals which I have never experienced with a coach. Another thing that is unheard of in my previous diets, programs and coaches I have signed up for is the unbelievable way Christina cheers me on and communicates with me. Many coaches make the claim of services being available via phone, message and Instagram at any time , however in my experience most messages are responded to days later if that when the diet has gone well and truely down hill. Christina has always responded to all of my communications very promptly and I have to say it’s the reason I stay on track without a doubt. Knowing she is there to help me out when needed and keep my on track is amazing.
I have nothing but absolute praise for this amazing woman she really is the best of the best in my opinion and she has gained a client for the foreseeable future without a doubt. If your thinking of getting a coach you will not regret signing up with Revive Health & Performance.
