BACON + EGG CUPS

Great for breakie on the go or work/school lunches.

Cooking Time: 8-10 min


Ingredients

  • Bacon

  • 9 eggs

  • Salt

  • Parmesan (optional)

  • Chives

Directions

  1. Line a muffin tray with bacon as a muffin mould alternative.

  2. Crack an egg into each bacon lined muffin mould.

  3. Top with salt (and parmesan if you like).

  4. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees (fan forced).

  5. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives.


NOTES

Eat 3 cups for each meal.
