BACON + EGG CUPS

Ingredients
Bacon
9 eggs
Salt
Parmesan (optional)
Chives
Directions
Line a muffin tray with bacon as a muffin mould alternative.
Crack an egg into each bacon lined muffin mould.
Top with salt (and parmesan if you like).
Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees (fan forced).
Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives.
NOTES
Eat 3 cups for each meal.
