PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING

Make the night before for breakie on the go.

Setting Time: 3+ hours


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of chia

  • Milk of choice (raw, coconut, almond)

  • 1tbs of Greek, goat or sheep’s yogurt

  • Cinnamon

  • Maple syrup or stevia

  • Berries or mango

  • 1 raw egg

  • 1 scoop of bovine collagen

  • 1 scoop of Mt Capra Goat’s Whey Protein

Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a small jar or glass and mix.

  2. Pour milk of choice, beaten egg and scoop of yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  3. Add fresh or frozen fruit to the top of the pudding. This could also be mixed through.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for 3+ hours.


NOTES

This is to be made in advance and served once set.
