CHICKEN SALAD

Great served fresh for lunch or easily transported to work for lunch on the go.

Ingredients

  • Rocket

  • Cucumber

  • Cabbage

  • Carrot

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Avocado

  • 1 grilled chicken breast (could do egg, tuna or any other kind of protein)

  • Fresh fruit (blueberries, kiwi or mango)

  • Gevity Better Belly BBQ Sauce

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut all vegies + fruit.

  2. Grill chicken breast (season with olive oil, salt and paprika).

  3. Shred or slice chicken (protein).

  4. Serve over bed of salad and vegies.

  5. Mix Better Belly BBQ sauce through with a sprinkle of Apple Cider Vinegar.
